Long Live Customer Service!

Last October, I bought a used Land's End diaper bag from a consignment sale for a whopping $8 bucks. It was navy blue- not my color of choice, but it was a very functional bag for the price. Since I bought it, the zipper (which was already pretty worn when I purchased it) broke from normal use. After a little research, I found out that Land's End guarantees all of their products and that I could return it in exchange for a new bag. Honestly, I didn't believe it but figured it was worth a shot. Not only did they exchange my bag, they allowed me to swap it for a new color. On top of that, the new color of the same bag was on sale, so they are sending me a $15 gift card to make up the difference of the original cost of the item. Talk about incredible customer service without any hassle at all! I'm definitely impressed and will do business with them again. In an age where customer service is something you only hear about at 7:30 a.m. in Hardee's, it's nice to know a few businesses still believe in it.
